1993 NHRA Western Auto Nationals

The inaugural running of the NHRA Western Auto Nationals at Heartland Park in Topeka, Kansas saw some great racing, but also a very scary crash during the Friday qualifying session for top fuel pilot Doug Herbert, who, (as bad as the accident was), still came out of it uninjured.
